Gruene River Guest House

This is only a sample of our Rental Agreement.  When you decide to reserve the house, we will e-mail you the actual agreement for your signature.

By booking at "Gruene River Guest House" you and every

member of your group acknowledges and agrees to the

following policies:

  Credit cards are required for booking and must be valid 60 days beyond the date of departure.

A deposit of 50% is due at booking.

All cancellations must be made 60 days prior to rental

date - a $200 processing fee will be assessed.

Rental Rates must be paid in full 60 days prior to rental

date - No Refunds!

NO GLASS ALLOWED

on the property in the outdoor areas!  A $500.00 fine per glass container will be charged to your credit card.

No Pets Allowed! (we have our own).  $500.00 fine!

Children must be supervised at all times.  Parents/Guardians of minor children must assume all responsibility for actions/accidents of minor children in their custody.

All rooms are non smoking. $1000.00 fine!

All reservations must be made by a responsible party, 21

years of age or older, who must occupy the property

during the reservation time. This party will be responsible

for all charges, including but not limited to  damages

caused to the property, etc.

Your credit card will be charged full replacement value for

any damage, vandalism or missing items.  If we have to

call an environmental clean up crew your credit card will

be charged a minimum of $250.00.

Safety and security are the sole responsibility of the

guests.

Owners or their agent(s) assume no responsibility or

liability for the safety or security of the guests, or for any

injury caused by the criminal acts of other persons.

There will be no refunds for shortened stays due to the

weather, river conditions or concert cancellations, etc.

We reserve the right to have any or all members of the

group escorted off the property for malicious conduct.

If litigation occurs as a result of your booking, or stay at

Gruene River Guest House, you and your group agree to

assume all legal fees and court costs for the owners or

their agent(s)  as well as your own and those in your

group.

 This is only a brief outline of the rental agreement.  You must agree to, sign and return the rental agreement we send you in order to reserve days.

 For your convenience, owners live on site.

When you are ready to book, we will send you the Rules and Rental Agreement to read and sign.
