Nightly Rental Rates:

Off Season (Oct 15-Apr 14) .. $ 900/night (2 night minimum)

Peak Season (Apr 15-Oct 14) .. $1400/night (2 night minimum)

Weekly Rental Rates based on 7 nights

October 15 through April 14 -- $4500.00

April 15 through October 14-- $7000.00

All holiday weekends are 3 nights minimum.

All rates add $250.00 cleaning fee and 13% hotel tax.
